Q: how does your company control product quality?
A: first of all, we will prepare samples for customers to confirm. 2, After getting the customer's confirmation. We will hold meetings with production managers, quality personnel and engineers to discuss problems in sample production and evaluate whether any problems may occur in mass production and how to avoid them. Third, we have IQC to check the coming materials from size to surface requirements, if qualified, a qualified label will be issued. High quality people will check the first few parts after debugging the machine. Fifthly, FQC will check the parts every 2 hours. Sixth, FQC will check the finished parts before packaging to ensure that no defective parts are delivered to the customer.
